The limitations of COVID-19 have made us realise how important it is to be in dialogue and direct relation with people. We are at our best when we are at peace with ourselves, can live in the here and now and feel good.

What effect do we have on others? We are perceived through our charisma, through what comes across to others. Radiance comes from within. When we are consciously with ourselves, full of energy and feel good about ourselves, we radiate this. This is expressed in our communication and body language.

How can you improve this radiance, activate your energy and become more resilient? In Studio 101 Times we will find what can help you. You don’t have to come to us 101 times before the effect happens – repetition helps to sharpen your perceptions and make the changes last.  We live NIA – there is so much knowledge in the technique, besides different types of movement it is about personal uprightness and awareness of body, mind, soul and emotion.

If you want to release blockages, develop with joy or reduce stress, then talk to us – we will find the right way for you. You are allowed to be as you are and develop yourself with joy.

This is NIA

Body

Our best friend. It accompanies us throughout life and whispers to us all the time. If we learn to listen and perceive our inner voice, then we always know what is good and right for us.

Mind

How we think, what thoughts we send into the world, what and how we communicate.
All this creates our now, our present and how we deal with it.

Emotion

In NIA we consciously play with emotions. Through this we develop perception and awareness without noticing. Strength, but also composure towards the emotions. We learn what to do when they arise.

Spirit

Here comes your very special YOU. Your uniqueness. Only you are like this, you alone. What makes you so special? Unmistakable? Find out with NIA.

You want more positive charisma, more self-confidence and more satisfaction with yourself? Feel good in your body, fill up with vitality – and all that in just 1 hour? With the joy of movement? Then Nia is just the right thing for you. Because Nia is much more than just sports! It is a form of sustainable fitness training that uses an alternation of choreographies and free elements to move all the muscles of the body in one hour, and does so with joy.

Each participant is guided by his or her own well-being: each movement is performed in a way that is good for the own body. In this way, it develops a healing and strengthening effect for you in an organic and natural way.

Nia was developed in the 80’s by Debbie and Carlos Rosas as an alternative fitness program that addresses all muscle groups, but at the same time does not require any drill. NIA originated as an acronym for Neuromuscular Integrative Action and is continually evolving with the latest scientific findings to engage the body, mind, spirit and emotions. It is a systemic integrative fusion fitness concept that is danced barefoot.

Experience NIA Online
We are happy to be able to hold NIA classes in the studio again. And you can join us online in the hour and be part of it. You can connect with us directly using 101 Times on Zoom, in your comfort zone. In addition to the hours on Zoom, every now and then there are free hours or notices of other trainings in our Facebook group.
