Embark on a transformative 7-day Sailing Dance Therapy Retreat,
in the enchanting Greek Ionian islands! Cruise on a catamaran,
immersing yourself in daily journeys of self-discovery and holistic well-being, embracing the essence of soulful magic through embodied motion and movement!
You will explore new places,
have access to many secluded beaches & restaurants that are not reachable by land. There will be daily story on land that offer you the opportunity to visit the island,
taste traditional tastes, discover local delicacies or go on a short tour
around the island areas!
Additionally, you will learn that living on a boat teaches you a lot about yourself and the others..

 

Program:

We travel during the day and every night we drop anchor to a different destination During the trip you enjoy Dance Therapy Classes
Sunrise / Sunset Meditation sessions
Swims in the amazing blue Mediterranean Seas & explore beautiful and hidden

Highlights:

Sailing classes: the basics of sailing, swimming, and paddle boarding, human connection games, and much more! The sea there is so smooth like olive oil, so you don’t have to fear the gentle embrace of its serene waters.

INCLUDED:

  • A week long sailing trip with overnight on board
  • 7 nights / 8 days in shared cabins (or private cabins extra charge) with bathroom
  • Skippers & Shipping Fee
  • Fresh Water tank refills
  • Boat end cleaning
  • All linen (sheets, pillows, covers, face & bath towels)
  • Standard Provisions for breakfast and/or lunch on board, including light snacks & beverages
  • Introductory sailing lesson by our experienced skipper) – sailing knowledge is not required!

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Travel arrangements – flight to Lefkada
  • Transfer from Preveza Airport `Aktion` to the port of Lefkada (we have special prices for that)
  • Dinners in traditional Greek Taverns – our team will make sure to have special prices for all ; )
  • Alcoholic drinks
  • Beach towels

Arrival / Meeting Date / Location: 14.09.2024, Lefkada Marina Port, around 17.00pm.
Yacht: 44ft Catamaran Sailing Yacht

Type of accommodation: Shared Double Cabin or Private Single Cabin (extra charge)

Food & Beverages: The team provides all the necessary provisions for daily preparation of 2 meals: Breakfast consists typically of fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, toasts, etc.
Coffee, tea, fresh milk, fruit juices, etc.

Lunches consists of delicious salads, light pasta dishes, accompanied by healthy desserts such as fresh fruits, nuts, crackers, etc.

Snorkelling equipment (3 sets are available in our vessel- you are welcome to bring your own)
